Cheaper By The Dozen

Synopsis

This Christmas The More... The Scarier!

When Tom Baker gets a job offer to coach football at Northwestern University in Chicago, he and his wife, Mary, move to the big city, which is a big change for them and their 12 children, who range from preschool-age twins Kyle and Nigel all the way up to 22-year-old Anne who has already left home. With the recent publication of her long-in-the-works book, Mary feels demands outside the home taking away as much time as Tom's new job does, so the two are forced to try to find new ways of parenting their massive tribe, but they find their parenting styles aren't always completely compatible.

Still like the original chicargo but this was a good re-make with Richard Gere even my 17 year old like this movie

A funny movie, pretty forgettable though, if you ever get the chance, read the book, much better than the movie, as the movie makes you feel that it is just a made up Hollywood story, while in fact there is a true story about this extraordinary family which can only be truly appreciated by reading the story.

Better than expected. Steve Martin certainly knows how to add a zany touch to lighten up a scene. Dialogue was pretty good but it was hard to relate to the characters.

A fun family movie. A very humorous look at family life and the balance between work and home.

The best thing about this movie is the all too brief appearance of Ashton Kutcher. Typically sugary American family movie where the perfect parents raise the perfect family without so much as getting a hair out of place. Hillary Duff typically annoying.

All the kids in the family loved this movie and watched it a couple of times. I enjoyed it myself. Treena
