Selecting DVD's to rent
After you start your subscription you can choose a selection of movies you'd like to watch – the more the merrier. Search for movie titles, television shows, documentaries or browse through our recommendations list and click the Rent or Reserve (for those titles that may be soon to be released) buttons to add them to Your Selections, from which your DVD's will be sent from.
For tips on adding titles and what works best in our experience, visit How To Find The Movies You Will Enjoy.
You can choose to rent an entire series (such as a Television Series) or multi-disc set (such as a movie plus its bonus Add-on disc) by clicking just one button.
We don't necessarily send you all discs at once, but we will send out the discs in the correct order. For example, if you add a four disc set to Your Selections, we may send you the first two discs from that set, and then when you return those two, we'll send you the next two discs, but we won't send you say disc two before we send you disc one. Like a normal Video Shop we only have a number of each title, and if they say disc one is with other customers we will wait until disc one is returned before we send you disc two.
After you've selected some DVD's to watch, we'll dispatch them and our friends at Australia Post will deliver them to your letterbox.

What if different people in my household like different types of movies?
You can use our "group" facility to make sure you get a fair mix of, say, kids movies for the kids and more mature movies for the parents. Or set up your own group to match your household's movie preferences.
When we send out the movies we will try and send different movies from different groups to make sure that all family members are catered for.. Some of our customers use this feature rather than buying new DVD's from the stores for the toddlers, and it allows the kids to always have movies that they are interested in, and when they are bored of the movie, rather than putting it away, never to be seen again – just put it in the post and we will send another one!

How long does it take to get my movies?
WebFlicks delivers Australia wide through Australia Post, with new customers you will get your first 3 movies under the trial subscription within a few days of completing your registration.
Then every time you send one back then we'll send you another from your list of Selections within a few days. Sometimes some parts of Australia take longer to receive the post than others, but as soon as we send a disc in the mail, we will email you to let you know what is on the way, and what day we posted it to you.
